Terms & Conditions

 Luxotel Limited (herein after called  Luxotel or the Company) reserves the right to change this website, including prices, and terms and conditions, without notice.   We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite, cancel bookings, or instruct people to leave the campsite, for any reason (for example due to inappropriate behaviour, dangerous weather or site conditions). Use of the  Luxotel Website constitutes acceptance of the company’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. You may also opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail. The booking process asks for your address details and phone numbers, these are required by the Local Authority so at any time we can prove you are not residents at the camp site. It also allows us to contact you should the internet fail and if we need to contact you whilst you are travelling to the campsite. We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties.

Booking

To secure your booking credit card is needed or full payment of the cost of your stay is required. Bookings must be paid in full in arrival. Confirmation of the booking will be sent after the credit card details have been entered in our secure booking system, or full payment has been received. If the credit card not supplied with your booking on the date of booking,  Luxotel reserves the right to re-let the tents. The person booking, where they are booking on behalf of other people is responsible for disseminating the appropriate information to those persons that we send them. For example, these Terms and Conditions, Tent Inventory including directions, and on arrival, the Information Pack within each tent, to ensure they are fully aware of the nature of the campsite, Health and Safety issues, the wider  Luxotel, the facilities, and appropriate clothing and footwear they require.

Payment

Payment is taken in cash or by card on your arrival, and which they may change.

Changes to bookings

Please let us know as soon as possible. Changes must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. You cannot change a booking for 3 weeks or less for your arrival date.

Cancellation

If cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the arrival date 100% of the total sum will not be refunded (as generally, we cannot re-let the tent in that time). The person who made the booking must confirm any cancellation or change in writing/email. In the event that we need to cancel your holiday, we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all money paid to us, by you, within 14 days. Should we need to evacuate the camp for any reason, you must observe the instructions of the staff. In such an event you will get any nights missed as a credit to the value per night as the accommodation price divided by the number of nights booked plus 20%. If we close the camp which will mean lost day or days to your booking and you have yet to arrive you can either be refunded or get a credit of the value of nights missed plus 20%.

Arrival and Departure Times

Guests are requested to vacate their tents by 12.00am on the day of departure.

Your visit to the Campsite and wider  Luxotel

Guests and visitors agree to be considerate tenants and to take good care of the tents and facilities during their stay. Guests and visitors agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests. No pets are allowed at the campsite. Should any facilities, equipment, or inventory, be damaged wilfully, as a result of inappropriate usage or behaviour, or as a direct result of failing to respond to instructions from Company staff you will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of that item. The company cannot accept responsibility from any loss, damage, or expense arising from industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event outside the control of the company. By its very nature,  Luxotel is a campsite in a natural environment. In working to preserve and enhance the  Luxotel and it’s biodiversity, and create a sense of freedom which is part of the charm and why many people come, there are natural hazards, such as tree roots, poisonous plants, and extremely limited lighting after dark, and depending upon weather conditions. By Booking and coming to  Luxotel you agree to be responsible for your children and any children you are in charge of, and your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to the  Luxotel, facilities and tent, such as noise after 11pm. Whilst we supply certain facilities and equipment, as described in the inventory sent to guests on confirmation of payment. Customer Complaints

Complaints must be brought to the attention of  Luxotel as soon as is practicable, during your stay, so we can work to resolve any issues quickly. In the first instance of a complaint, please tell a member of staff at the camp or text or phone the number you will have been given (and is also printed on your honesty sheet, info pack, and texted to your mobile number you gave us on booking) so we can work to resolve your problem. Please address any correspondence regarding complaints to; hello@wadirumufo.com. Please note, complaints received after your stay cannot be reliably investigated and therefore most difficult to resolve.
